Data Deletion Instructions

If you connected a Facebook Page to TheCargo CRM and want the data removed, here is how — one step you can take yourself right now, and one we complete for you.

1. Disconnect the Page

Sign in to TheCargo CRM → Connections → click Disconnect next to the Page. This deletes the stored Page access token and stops all lead delivery immediately.

2. Delete imported leads, or your account

To delete leads already imported from that Page, or to delete your account entirely, email support@thecargo.io from the email on your account with the subject “Data deletion request”. We complete requests within 30 days and confirm by email.

3. Remove TheCargo from Facebook

You can also remove TheCargo from Facebook → Settings & Privacy → Settings → Apps and Websites.
